Call Centre (RMA Hotline / HelpDesk)
digitest provides a phone number for your customers and in each country to reach our hotline (the caller is charged for the usual national rates). This phone number is given to the customer by the manufacturer in the "User Manual" or in an information sheet enclosed to the shipment of the device. If your device shows any technical problems, our hotline will assist (first-level) the customer with solving the problem by phone. If the fault cannot be solved by phone, all relevant customer information is taken down and processed into our web based information system to arrange a pick-up or swap. The latest communication and PC-systems ensure a smooth communication flow with your customers through email, fax, telephone, WWW or post.
